What is retainer fee? Will it be used towards my total?

A retainer fee is a deposit that ensures your sessions time and date is reserved. All sessions (except Birthday Minis) have a $50-60 non-refundable retainer fee that goes towards your sessions total. 

 

Are props and clothes included?

Unless stated, for example, during "Fall Mini's/Winter Mini's" or for Newborn sessions, clothes and props will not be included. You are welcome to bring any props you wish to include in your photographs.

 

Do you offer prints, albums, USB, etc? 

Unfortunately, at this time I am only offering digital prints only, other services may be available in the future. Your digital prints will be available in a password protected gallery. I can, however, refer you to vendors who do excellent print and canvas work.

 

Do your prices include print release?

Yes, my prices include print release, enhanced digital images, my time, and work. 

 

Do you come to a location of my choice?

Usually, sessions are on a location of my choice.

 

What is your rescheduling policy?

Clients are allowed one reschedule free of charge, however, I respectfully ask that it be at least 7 days prior to the session to avoid a rescheduling fee. If it is canceled/rescheduled 1-4 days prior to the session a fee MUST be paid. If the session must be rescheduled a second time a new deposit must be paid. Reschedules are done on Fridays, no exceptions. Photo shoots will continue as scheduled as long as it is not physically raining.  Please keep that in mind when booking, cold weather is known for the months of fall, winter and some of the spring. Weddings, Quinceañeras, and other larger events cannot be rescheduled once a contract is signed. 

How soon will I get my photographs?

After your session, I start by backing up your files to ensure they don’t get lost. Then I’ll start editing them and will get them to you in 2-3 weeks.

 

Can I share on social media?
Yes! Unaltered images and photo credit is always appreciated. If you've booked with me it's because you appreciate my work and style please do not alter your images with unflattering filters, because it's highly disrespectful to my time and work. In the photography community, we like to say "community over competition", I can assure you that if I am not what you're looking for in a photographer I can always recommend someone with a similar aesthetic to your own.

 

Do you offer Video coverage for Weddings/events?

Unfortunately no, I only offer photographic coverage for the certain amount of hours.

 

Can we break up our wedding hours?
Your collection hours must be consecutive so, unfortunately, no.

 

Unplugged weddings. What is it? Why should I consider having one?

An unplugged wedding means there are no devices (iPhones, iPads) or cameras at the wedding ceremony except for the hired professional. This allows guests to be present in the moment and leave the photography to me. Well-meaning family members often times block important moments and this kind of ceremony is highly recommended to prevent that!
