FAQ
Where will the sessions take place?
A. Most sessions take place at locations I’ve carefully scouted to ensure they look their best during the season. I’m open to considering locations you’re interested in, but we’ll need to research and agree on suitability beforehand. I’m also available to travel; however, per my policy, locations over 20 miles from 75044 will incur a travel fee. Mini sessions will be held at a location of my choice to maintain consistency and flow.
How many pictures will we receive?
A. Each session type has a set number of photos included: minis receive 15, hour sessions get 50, and so on. If additional photos are available, you’ll have the option to purchase them for an additional fee. While this isn’t guaranteed, I’ll let you know if more images are offered.
When will we get our photos?
A. You’ll receive a link to your online gallery within three weeks (often sooner, depending on the season). From the gallery, you can download all your photos, share them with friends and family, select your favorites, and even order prints directly!
What if I can’t pick a date for my session, can I request an extension?
A. No, unfortunately because of the nature of these sales, the validity is limited to the specified months, no exceptions.
What if I need to reschedule?
A. Reschedules are not permitted unless due to weather conditions, at my discretion. This policy ensures the quality of your experience and protects my professional equipment from potential damage.
I missed my scheduling window, can I get by retainer back?
A. A retainer is a fee paid in advance to secure services, such as reserving a session date or in this case securing a special price. Retainers are non-refundable and ensure my availability for your project, whether or not you engage with me prior to the expiration of the valid dates for your session. This fee covers the time and expertise I commit to your booking. Since retainers guarantee my availability and prevent others from booking that time, they are not returned in the event of cancellation.

Can I combine this sale with other sales you may offer in the future?
A. This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions offered in 2025.
Can I request a studio session?
A. All sessions available for the "Black Friday Sale" are outdoor sessions. As with my standard sessions, studio rental is an additional client expense. We can absolutely shoot in a studio, but the rental fee will be your responsibility. Please note that studio availability varies, so early booking is recommended if you prefer this option. Additionally, any parking fees, travel expenses beyond my included mileage, or other session-related costs are also the client’s responsibility.
